International Career Opportunities Network(ICON) creates tomorrow’s global leadership through international career development opportunities and shared best practices from foreign student advisors; career and study abroad advisors, experiential educators, and employers seeking to build a global workforce.
By helping each other with up-to-date strategies, resources, and collaborative campus and community partnerships, it is hoped we can more effectively deliver programs and services that impact our students both at the undergraduate and graduate degree levels.

The core mission of ICON is to create a one stop on-line network of international educators involved in internships, practical training and related areas of experiential education that help students acquire the cross-cultural understanding and skills sets necessary for competing in a global marketplace.
