Provides a low cost placement service for internships between 2 to 18  months in 107 different countries and territories. Internships are  generally in the area of management, technology, education, and  development. The Salaam Program was launched in cooperation with the US  Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to  increase exchanges and awareness between the US and Arab World.  Management, educational, and developmental internships are available  from March to the end of August in Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Optional language courses can be added on to the program.  Most internships in Germany are paid, and scholarships are available to  qualified participants applying for unpaid internships. Participants must be  between the ages of 19 and 30 and enrolled full-time at an accredited  US. university with junior-standing by the start of the internship. To  be considered in the first round of applications, submit between Sept. 1  – Jan. 11.
